Quote validity
Le présent devis demeure valide pour une période de 15 jours à compter de sa date d’émission. Passé ce délai, Agora Agora Solutions reserves the right to revise prices, terms and availability based on changes in material costs, labour costs and other relevant factors. Any approval received after this period has expired will require confirmation of a new quote.
Payment terms
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required upon approval of the quote to begin production and secure the resources needed for the project. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the final invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Any payment received after the agreed-upon due date will be subject to interest charges of 2% per month (24% per year), calculated on the outstanding balance.
Production and delivery timelines Production and delivery timelines are provided as estimates only. They may vary depending on suppliers, carriers and logistical conditions. Agora cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including stock shortages, production issues, shipping delays or customs procedures.
Changes and cancellations
Any request for changes or cancellation after approval may result in additional fees to cover costs already incurred. Custom, made-to-order or in-production projects cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Client-supplied materials
When the client provides their own files, materials or substrates, Agora assumes no responsibility for their quality, durability or adhesion. Any failure related to these elements cannot be attributed to Agora.
Ownership
All products and creations remain the exclusive property of Agora until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.
Additional fees
Rush requests, non-standard services or specific installation requirements may result in additional fees, which will be communicated to and approved by the client before work is carried out.
Agora Solutions places great importance on protecting the personal information entrusted to us. We collect, use, disclose and retain this information in accordance with applicable laws in Quebec and Canada.
Depending on your interactions with Agora Solutions, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, as well as any information, files or documents you provide as part of an inquiry, quote request, order or project.
Certain technical information related to your browsing activity may also be collected when you consent to the relevant cookies.
The information we collect may be used to respond to your inquiries, prepare quotes, communicate with you, carry out and follow up on your projects or orders, provide customer service, manage our business relationships, improve our website, and comply with our legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations.
Agora Solutions may work with suppliers and service providers necessary for its operations, including website hosting, technology services, delivery and the execution of certain projects.
When personal information must be shared with these providers, we limit the disclosure to the information necessary to provide the relevant service. Some technology providers may process or host information outside Quebec or Canada.
Agora Solutions does not sell your personal information.
Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Agora Solutions implements reasonable measures to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information is no longer required, it is securely destroyed or anonymized where appropriate and permitted by law.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, obtain certain information about how it is used, or withdraw your consent where permitted by law.
We may request verification of your identity before processing certain requests.

Refund Policy
No refunds are accepted, except in exceptional circumstances. Refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in exceptional circumstances. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. Returned items must be in resalable condition; otherwise, restocking fees may apply.
